Gosh, wish I could have attended, but I’m in CA. I did, however cheer/follow LauraCollared as she went to see it in person when they put tix up for sale that were not so bloody, $500 per, expensive. I think they were quite a bit less. The pix of Matt are just wonderful and I wonder just how many pairs of glasses this boy has. Oh, and notice how put together he is and his co-star, I’m assuming Cheyenne, has his collar and tie undone. LOL

      Gorgeous boy is Matt!

    2. R says:

He’s really taken to looking sharp! A world apart from the Texas chainsaw/traveler days of casual look!

    3. Matt Fan says:

My Dad had a pair of glassed that looked like that. He has been gone since 1976.

There is a lawsuit regarding ‘In Time’ and they are trying to have the film pulled and destroyed.

K, now that I have cheered everyone, let’s look at pix of Matt.

Below is the HR link on that lawsuit re. “In Time”. A writer called Harlan Ellison is claiming the movie is based on one of his stories, and that he hasn’t been credited. There’s little to no chance the film will be “destroyed” or not released – there’s too much money invested in it. At the outside, the studio will have to make some kind of settlement with Ellison.

Thanks for the “8” after party pics, Kelly.

“a writer called Harlan Ellison”. 🙂 I read a lot of his stories when I was a kid and really into science fiction.

The lawsuit story actually broke last week. Copyright infringement lawsuits are filed all the time. This one got a little more coverage than usual because Harlan Ellison is a renown writer of science fiction and he has written scripts that have been produced. It’s possible he actually met and pitched a movie based on his short story at some point to someone at a studio or production team. He’s also known to be very litigious.

I wouldn’t get too excited though because of the high legal hurdle he has to surmount to prove copyright infringement. This could be settled just be giving him credit for the story.

Matt’s about as close to perfect as a human can get
